So, we are finally getting one in Maricopa.

Anyone ever been to one? Is the food good?

Gawd...you're such a sucker for not detecting sarcasm.

I think it's funny that the mcdonalds will be almost across from MountainSide fitness.
Eat 5,000 calories than work it off. Or work off your 1,000 calories and than gain another 4,000 across the street YAY!

Thanks for the information,Kitty.

I'm new to fastfood and haven't a clue what to get.

I heard they have things called "French Fries"? Are they good and are any French Citizens harmed in the frying?

From Arena's going south it's going to be AmeraBank (?), McDonald's, Tutor Time and Qt will be on the corner of Edison and 347.
I thought the placement of McDonald's next to Tutor Time was a steller idea! *satcasim* My daughter even said, 'do you know what that's going to do? Make fatter kids!' And then she walked away in disgust. Well hopefully parents can be parents and say 'NO', but that's another discussion.

LOL...sorry Monkey, I just found it very funny to use "old fashioned" and "fast food" in the same sentance, but then I'm old.

You have to give McD's the credit... They put their fat butts right across from theTT...
That's going to be the busiest FF place in the Copa!

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

I just like the fact that they will apparently have a large play area for the kids.

You kno... I was just sitting on my patio the other night.. thinking to myself... "You know what this town really needs?"... "Yes, another fast food place"...

Fast food isn't the reason there is adolescent obesity... it's bad parenting.. or lack therof... I take my kids out to Mickey-D's every once in awhile.. but if you're taking your kids out to FF more than 3 times a week, you ought to be shot...

McDonalds doesn't make fatter kids, parents do.

Yes, that is another discussion, sorry.

You are right it's not McD's fault, it's like Shane said, if you are taking your kids to FF to much it's your own fault.
