any one else having trouble getting their site to come up? all I get is a blank screen , when I call them there is a 30 min wait time.... this is insane... just got it hooked up, and the guy that came didn't give me any info... had to ask him for the email addy as he was leaving..... anyone know what the in coming and out going servers are for the email? and there is no way this speed is 9mb... did a few speed tests and don't even get higher then 700kb....

Same thing here! Just got hooked up today with Maricopa Broadband and the best speed I get is about 640 kb. I am trying them out because Qwest won't go above 3Mb. But if this all I get it will be a very short install. Fortunately, I didn't cancel Qwest yet. I am hoping somthing is wrong system wide, maybe it will be better tomorrow.

FYI . . . just tested this morning, and got 7.6Mb down and 873Kb up. Looks like whatever problem they were having yesterday has been corrected.

I had horrible service with MBB, it was so bad at peak times that I could not use my VoIP. We would call them, they would come out and tweak something and say its fixed, but I would be on the phone again in a week. I was supposed to get like 6Mb, but it was under 1Mb at non peak usually.
