Have the HOA buy the streets and gate the community.  Until then, stop bitching.  The residents of Senita FLY through the Villages all the time to get to Frys or Smith-Enhke.

You can't do anything about it. It's much worse in VRED too. At least you don't have to share your amenities with non residents like VRED does.

 I have always wondered what kind of trash live in RED, Tortosa or Senita.  I am not talking about all of them, just the ones that think its OK to use VRED pool or basketball and tennis courts. 

What kind of message do you losers send to your kids when you do that?

When you say you were "smart enough" to buy in that neighborhood did you take into consideration that HUMONGOUS GAS LINE that runs through it!! lol!!!  You should see the congestion we see here in VRED especially poolside!

Yeah, I get that there is a PUBLIC golf course and restaurant in RED.

Do you non-VRED people understand that the amenities (pool/basketball/tennis) in VRED are for the residents of VRED and their guests.  They are not paid for by the city of Maricopa and are NOT public.

I live in Acacia Crossings, and while I patiently wait for the light at 238/347, I see a lot of cars turning westbound onto the 238 from the 347, then cutting through Walgreens to the light at Cobblestone.  People from AC do that all the time.

Oh my God!  Listen to ALL OF YOU!!!!  There is so much hate on this thread!  And we wonder why there is so much hate in our neighborhoods, schools, and homes?  

Good grief!  They are ROADS!!!!!  ROADS!!!!!!!  ROADS THAT LEAD IN AND ROADS THAT LEAD OUT OF NEIGHBORHOODS!!!   What makes ANY OF YOU think that ONLY you can use that road?  We all need to get along!   HOWEVER, if ANY OF YOU are so full of hate and that posessive of YOUR ROAD, maybe you need to buy some acerage out here with us TRAILER TRASH, INBREDS, and RENTERS that relax behind the wheel, don't know what a horn is, and could care less if you want to MERGE rather than wait your turn!

Thank you! I wish more people realized that the lane ends where it does for a reason and not so much further back. Although I think ADOT could have given a little more room to make the merging more a bit easier, if most people didn't have the highschool "cutting in line" mentality, zipper merging and traffic would be a lot better.

My gripe is...why do people-that I am guessing most live in maricopa- still use the 3rd lane that ends at CVS and this causes the huge backup from Fry's to get out of town. I spend an extra 15 minutes every morning for people that think they are too special to follow the signs and make a much smoother flow in the morning. You know the lane ends...GET IN LINE! Okay rant over.

This does not cause a huge backup. Think about it. You have X number of cars trying to get through the intersection, which merges down into two lanes after the intersection. You can either do it in a moving, but orderly fashion after the intersection (fluid movement) or you can do it in a sporadic and haphazard manner prior to the intersection, which will build the lanes back even further. If people would just allow room for traffic to merge then you wouldn't have people slamming on their brakes and causing ripples back into the traffic behind them

How is this a problem?
