Alert | | There are no completed houses in this new community, but many are getting close. Mine will be done in November.. anyone else building here? It looks like it'll be beautiful when it's complete. | | Ms. Alksnis

Alert | Hi!
We're building there and closing in September! Maybe we'll be neighbors. Pool party!
What builder did you go with? We chose Hacienda.
Right now it seems like there are very few sold but we really like the plan and agree it should be beautiful.
Anyone else out there moving to the Lakes?

Alert | Yep, we're hacienda as well.. we're supposed to be done in November/December.. we went with the destiny floorplan.. we didn't want to deal with a huge house right now, and we bought a huge culdasac lot, which will give us a big yard... The builders just started selling lots less than 6 months ago, so it'll fun watching all the new houses go up.. | | Ms. Alksnis

Alert | Cool!
We're in the culdesac also. I bet we'll be neighbors since I believe they're only selling in one culdesac right now! We did see a one story going up next to us so that could be you. We went with the Enchantment plan.

Alert | | I'm a city girl and I lived in an apartment for most of my life, so this is a big change. I also have attended schools and taught schools in the city back in Michigan and I taught in Tempe last year (pretty much a city school). I was drawn to Maricopa because of the housing prices, but I like how quiet it is, yet it's so close to Phoenix. I'll get to know the area well because I'll be teaching at the middle school in Maricopa. | | Ms. Alksnis
