I would personally like to thank Desiree and Mark two teenagers that live in Acacia for their hard work and dedication. They stepped up to the plate and pulled weeds for our community for a home on their block. We as a board and a community are really grateful for their assistance. I will get back to all that pm'd or emailed me regarding setting up a volunteer day. TO ALL HOMEOWNERS: We have spoken with the landscape crew and managers and this saturday they will have extra crews working to address weeds around our common areas. If the wind permits they are going to spray again for weeds as well. I will keep you updated as conversations with managers and landscaping crews continue. Thank you for your patience. We are going to do our Acacia Crossings Clean up on Saturday May 10th at 7am. If you are interested in helping out please contact me ASAP. I will need a head count. WE will be having a BBQ after the event is over to feed all the helpers. The BBQ will be at the Park that is located north of the turn about. After we are done with the weeds. The city is helping us out and has financed the event with tools and trash clean up. We will have a list of homes available. We have gone the legal route and sent out letters.....which the city sent out.....and they are the foreclosed homes to my knowledge. Again we need as many volunteers as possible please contact me ASAP at stevesherri@orbitelcom.com or my cell 480 313 3536. I will try and post our route so that if you cant meet at 7am you can meet us along the way. Thank you for your continued patience and hope to see you next weekend. Why aren't these postings put on the HOA website, www.AcaciaCrossingsHOA.com? If the Association is paying for the website, it should be used, especially by the HOA. Use both the 85239.com website and the HOA website, but postings by the HOA should be posted, priority wise, on the HOA website, then on 85239.com if it is deemed necessary. If the HOA is paying for it, use it.

I havent gotten that far yet. I personally cant post on the hoa website because of computer issue. I would love to use it as you say Bob J just waiting to hear from the webmaster. With that said are you interested in helping out saturday?
