That POS fountain, that has only 1/2 or hasnt worked for the past 2 years for a community pool? Is that junker under warranty or is every repair billed?

I don't think the problem is the POS fountain, but rather the POS kids who are always throwing stuff in it to clog it up. Can you imagine the damage they could do to a community pool?!?! Seriously, these are the kids of the same ilk as the lazy jerks who tear down the community walls so they can have a shortcut!
