I am looking for some kind of outdoor toy, slide or small swing, for my 2 year old. i have been looking at yard sales but no luck. anyone know where i can pick one up for cheap? thanks.

Have you tried Craigslist or Ebay? I searched for local stuff on Ebay a few years back, and it worked out well. Got a fancy Little Tykes canopied climber/slide toy for $50.
