Just an FYI to all other residents of cobblestone. I called the city today to inquire on the status of the repaving in the development that seems to be in permanent limbo since last week. They were very informative and told me that cactus asphlalt had a delay and forwarded my call to the proper people. I also called cactus to let them of the inconvenience of  the cones, barricades and signs.  I have not heard back yet from cactus but hope to this afternoon.  I was told that the HOA has already started making calls as well to get the project completed.  If anyone else wants to call, I am sure it might help push cactus to complete the project.

Not to complain or nothing, did they say whether they would finish the areas that they completed? Looks like they hauled tail in some areas and forgot to bring the slurry to the sidewalks. It must be a brutal job in the summer with the extreme heat and all.

Cactus asphalt did call be back a couple hours later. And in a nut shell it will be done by july 2nd. It sounds like many people have already complained to them as well.

A day late though, and when I saw them applying the asphalt ,no  cones or warning signs were put up in my section. I ended up going long back way out of my section due to the main entrance being done at time, and no warnings to people trying to enter at candle ct from main rd in cobblestone. I was also told by a neighbor the cones they did put up later only stayed up for an hour, so it got all over cars and drive ways of people that had been at work all day.
