 Alert | I am sick and tired of seeing golfers urinating outside my fence. I have had numerous confrontations with them and I am willing to call the Police. We have had friends, family and children over and some have witnessed these events in disgust. Beware when the Police ask you about public indecency. | |

Alert | Put up a video camera. You can post them on Youtube or send them to America's Funniest Home Videos. You do live next to a golf course. Guys play golf. Guys drink beer. Guys piss. They have outdoor urinals in Amsterdam on the corners on the weekends. They work great. You walk up and do your business and keep on going. Perhaps the Duke should look into those. | | | |

Why should we be subjected to this immoral and illegal behavior? I have contacted the Maricopa Police and I was told that they can be arrested if I have a witness and would be willing to press charges for public indecency and if children are present the penalty could be worse. | |

Alert | Since all of the bushes and trees were trimmed there is NO place to hide. Why do my children have to be subjected to this unlawful and obscene act? Use the facility on the 13th tee like your parents taught you. The next time I see someone urinating next to my fence in full view I'm calling the Police and pressing charges and I hope it's you mrtig. | |

Alert | I agree if there is bathrooms available to use then they should be used.
I once publicly urinated in Mexico and got clubbed with a baton until I didnt know my name. Maybe try that step, since we all know Maricopa PD will either not show for a couple of hours or try and come up with a story about it not being a gang related issue. Alert | This seems to be a mild case of discrimination.........it's ok for everyone at your house to see women "squat" to pee......BUT....men offend you. I am not guessing your personal "preference".....just the equality issue!!! Maybe we should contact the ACLU for the discrimination issue at hand.
You seem to be spending quite a bit of time monitoring this issue. Remember, when you call the police, you will have to identify the offending "member". Be sure and look for any identifying "features"...this will be important when you tesify in court.
Oh yeah.....save some of the evidence for DNA, to prove positive ownership and identification.
