We have been in the meadows for short of two months and  are having a problem w/ a neighboor with a dog that barks Non-stop, the barking is fine during the day, I couldn't care less.... but from 11pm-3:30am is when I care. If you try to talk with these people they go into their garage and will not answer the door when you go there. Last night I could not find a number to a maricopa PD or sheriffs office, I've had it and im ready to complain to someone. Can anyone point me in the right direction of whom to contact? This is not just a small dog barking either, it is a large dog and the barking is absolutely non stop.
