Some areas of Maricopa do NOT require auto emissions tests.      I live in the Eagles Nest area of  Homestead so I assume all this area is exempt.    To find out if you are - you need to go to the Casa Grande office at 240 W. Cottonwood Lane ...  check online at:    www.serviceaz.com ...  and request a Code 52 form.    Call ahead as you need your lot section, township etc. and utility bills to verify your address in Maricopa.  I had to bring the orm home to get his infor, although it was easy then to just mail it back to them.   I received the exemption in the mail and also my car renewal tags.
