we have a new HP with Windows Vista.

Periodically the automatic HP/Vista update thing pops up and we select yes to the auto updates.

this last time, yesterday, that it popped up, it had 4 things it said it was going to update.  after "working" for a few minutes, each thing came up "installation cancelled" rather than "update complete".  this happens each time the update screen comes up.

any ideas?  why won't it update?
