Hello Fellow Senitans!

I am not here to defend or endorse anyone.   As many of you will learn during my term on the Board, I am a straight shooter.  I like to tell it how it is, and pull no punches.  I like to give and get straight answers.  So, take it or leave it, here's some information for you:

Two of the Board members were recently invited to meet with members of City Hall to discuss many issues in our community.  The City Officials refered to Kriss as the one of the best managers in Maricopa.  They praised him for working much harder than many of the other HOA managers.

Furhtermore, I recently spoke with Kriss about the upcoming meeting (April 2nd, 1830 hours if you forgot).  He is as anxious as I am to meet with everyone!  We really wanted to have the first meeting in early March, but that didn't work out.  We are all looking forward to having a community meeting where we can all meet, and express our concerns and ideas!

So, like I said.  I take no sides.  I'm not here to defend anyone.  But, Kriss does seem to be making a positive impression with people at the City (which IS important), and he is looking forward to working with us.

There you go.  For what it's worth.

-Graham

Thanks Graham. We need both sides of every story. I personally have never had a problem with Kriss and he was very fast in getting back to me when I called to report Graffitti. But some people want to be waited on hand and foot. Kinda like us bailing out all the idoiots caught up in the mortgage fiasco. Oops....opened up a whole nother can of worms. Hate it when I do that See you at the meeting.

Hi Graham

Thanks for posting that information

Do you know if residents are being informed of this meeting other than this website?
Thanks

I know I haven't received any notification of the meeting other than this website. I know Kriss was on vacation last week...maybe he left his assistant Kara in charge of mailing out a letter, that would explain why we never got anything! Kriss has always been very responsive but his assistant is useless!!!!

The Newsletter is being sent out TODAY! The meeting time and dates will be in there. But, if you are reading it here, spread the word. Tell your neighbors. I personally, want to hear from as many people as possible. At the meeting or away. like I said before, anyone can contact me for any reason, at any time. I'll respond just as soon as I can.

I didn't even know he had an assistant until I called while he was on vacation. She called me back with an answer to my flagpole question as soon as he returned. So, I would say that she does not qualify as worthless in my book quite yet.

I believe the newsletter is going out from our HOA this week.

So she called you back but not until Kriss had already returned from his vacation?  I waited 3 days with no response from her, finally I emailed her and copied Kriss...still no response from her but Kriss did respond yesterday when he came back from his vacation.  Normally I would cut someone more slack but this is the second she has dropped the ball with me personally.

Actually Cheyenne, I talked to her last week and she did not have an answer to my question. As soon a Kriss returned, she asked him my question and then called me.

I hate relying on answering machines. So I'll typically leave a message, but then call back periodically until the person picks up. It works for me.
