Did the clean up target specific areas of Desert C?  I don't see any difference on my side of C except for some weed killer stains when you enter on Desert Cedars Pkwy.

Also, why isn't the grass growing on the green belts?  Have the sprinkler timers been adjusted?

The community clean targeted the homes that had overgrown weeds.  We did not target the common grounds.

The landscaper has been changed effective June 1st.  You will start seeing a huge difference in the condition of the common grounds within the next two weeks.  They are contracted to start on June 1st but you'll start seeing H&N Landscaping out and about before that.  They have stated that they will have the community back to it's grand appearance within 30 days.

As for the water.....yes the water is still on but we have been in the conservative mode.  We will be evaluating to see what the schedule needs to be adjusted for hotter weather.
