Question.... What information is needed when contacting the HOA in reference to neighbor's violations?

The address, the complaint, and if you can, a digital photgraph of the offense. -Graham

Thanks Graham! Does the photo get passed onto the person who has the violation? My concern is burning the bridge with the neighbors, just being cautious. We have mentioned it to them, however, nothing came out of it.

I always take pictures of violations and e-mail them to Kriss at Ogden & Associates so he will send out a violation letter. I think Kriss only uses the picture if the home owner says that the viiolation letter is false and then Kriss can show the picture as proof that the home owner was in violation. PM me the address and I will take a picture and send it to Kriss if you don't feel comfortable doing it. I don't mind being the bad guy. The only way this neighborhood is going to get better is if the residents take action and report violations that Kriss at Ogden doesn't get to see.

yeah doesn't it piss you off when your neighbor has a weed taller than their bush. What are they thinking!!! Get your LAZY @$$ off the couch and pull some freaking weeds. OK....I feel much better now. LOL. Where's my medication???
