Not again, never! Well, I have to wait until December anyway. 4000sq ft to a 2300sq ft house!
We are an active family and always out of town. I refuse to be tied to my house any longer. That's why we're downsizing! I can't wait. Oh and also I will not be working, focusing on my schooling, my daughters' MUSD educations and volunteering at the schools.

Alert | Yes! Craigslist for the furniture and tvs and my daughter will be running the garage sale for children's items and decor.
I'm sure we'll have more to sell once we move in but I'll notify my neighbors ahead of time with a platter of cookies and a "sorry" for the traffic! | | | |
