If you don't want to pay for the Bunny picture, just wait until next Saturdays (March 22nd) event at Pacana. The pictures are free. Actually, the entire event is free...bounce houses, games, crafts, egg hunts, etc. We went last year and it was GREAT! I realize it's only $3, but wasn't one of the reasons our fees were raised was b/c of community events? Then why are we expected to pay for anything? The way i see it, it's like paying double taxes...didn't we already pay for this event in our monthly dues? Am I wrong here? At the least, Saturays event will give us a chance to corner someone about the lack of landscaping at the tower, the broken curb in the roundabout, over grown weeds in common areas and much much more. |
