 Alert | This probably could go into the thread about things that happen in AC but I didn't want it buried. Today, after walking past the mess on Balboa, I walk up, with my dogs and poop bag, toward the playground. I see about 8 or 10 Hispanic males hanging out under the Ramada. I am still a ways away and I see one of them, black T-shirt and black baggy shorts........or maybe they're pants............either way, they are falling off his butt. He gets up, touches/rubs his crotch and walks over to the playground equipment.........I have suspicions as to what he is doing but...........suspicions they are until there is evidence. He finishes and walks over to the rest of his crew and they see me and the dogs coming and take off.................one dull silver car (Honda/Toyota) and one dull black car (Honda/Toyota). As I get near the ramada, sure as can be and just as I suspected, the butt wipe had urinated in the sand. They left trash all over the place as well. I let a lady and 3 children know what had just happened. I got home, called the HOA Community Manager (the new one who I hope can help this community) and the Maricopa Police Department. I was shocked that the Police Officer asked me if I had called the HOA. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!! Everyone, please, if you see anything, call and report it. I am sick and tired of it all. | | | |

What I don't understand is why the police would ask if you called the HOA? What the heck is the HOA going or able to do about this????? That is a police issue NOT an HOA issue! I mean it's good to inform the HOA what is going on but they can't possibly expect us to actually do anything in this instance. | | | |

Alert | I don't understand why the police asked if I called the HOA either.........but I did and sure hope I get a call back..........not just this but the house on Balboa mentioned on another thread. Actually, my call encompassed a lot.........the community is going to hell!! The police said they would try to get more patrols in the neighborhood but we all know that's wishful thinking. So we all, as a community, need to keep our eyes open and report EVERYTHING! | | | |

Alert | No, no license plate numbers. They were too far ahead of me. The cops asked the same thing.
I do want to say that Jeanne, the new manager, did call me back and we talked for quite a while.
