Alert | I was going to add the "Rooster Sauce", but outside of calling it the Rooster Sauce or Vietnamese Sauce, I don't know what to call it. The stuff rocks on a lot of things.

Alert | Anybody else take fresh Anaheim or Pablano chilli's and stuff them with cheese and grill them on the BBQ? Either eat'm that way of cut them up and add to other things?
My wife and I love to grill'em with cheese and just eat along side a good steak!!
