Why is it that every time that cop is taking pictures at the first bridge leaving the Copa people have to mash their brakes and only do 45!  Come on just drive the limit which is 65 and you will be okay!

I thought it was pretty funny when I cruised by in the left lane at 65 the other day when the idiot in the right lane plodded along at 40. I do not find it funny that he didn't get a ticket. This should erase any doubt that these vans are about anything but revenue, not safety.

The problem with the photo radar is that they are just there to generate money so they mainly are in the spots where the speed limits goes from 65 to 55 then to 65 in less than a mile. So if you are driving 65, you have a high chance at getting a ticket if your speedomoter is off even a little. This is a bunch of crap and just another way for them to generate revenue. Although I do wish I could run the idiots who slam their brakes on all the time off the road, nothing is going to change it.

They are who we thought they were!

People braking hard at the photoradar are a consequence of having this crap on our roads. Where are all the people that were saying "bring on the photoradar!!!" ? They all seem to have disappeared and surely see the road hazard that photoradar creates.

Friday the photo truck was parked right after the max speed limit changed....about 200 hundred feet past the 55 mph speed sign. Driving by at 66 mph or more will get you flashed and a ticket. Maintaining a 65mph speed would be taking a chance that your speedometer is dead accurate. Personally I don't think it is worth the ticket and the $$$ an the hassell regardless of what my opinion on the matter is. I saw it ahead of time and made sure I slowed to 55. It flashed the guy behind me in the left lane who didn't slow down. You can take the chance if you want to, just don't come on here and whine if you get cited.

i am pretty new in town. Do they really take your picture and give a ticket for 1 mph over the limit? If so, that is crazy.

I drove past it about 7pm when it was dark and it was flashing people... what happens when that momentarily blinds someone and causes an accident....

Last night I drove past at about 9 p.m. I saw TWO signs that warned me the darn thing was there, but it flashed quite a few times at the people ahead of me and I was still startled! It's DARK out there and then when the flashes go off, it's like Brittany Spears and the poparatsi!
