Can anyone really take this quote seriously? Deputy Secretary of State John Negroponte, who was testifying on foreign aid programs, responded to Wolf's comments by saying only that "there is no greater spokesman for human rights in the world than our president."

I suppose it may sound like an oxymoron, but we went to war to protect the "human rights" of people all over the world.

He went to war for the simple fact that he wanted to finish what his father started and for money. Control of the oil fields was the main objective as well as there is no bigger buisness for international banking than war, the history of the United States has proved this on 4 different occasions, we could care less about human rights, it doesn't rule the world.

We went to war over weapons of mass destruction. Once they realized that there weren't any, it was then to bring democracy to Iraq and bring Saddam Hussein to justice. Then it turned into fighting al Qaeda to prevent them from fighting us in our country. They've spun it in every direction. If human rights were important wouldn't we have gone into worn torn African nations to prevent genocide? We didn't do that because they don't have any resources to help our economy. If our oil companies could set up shop in Darfur or Uganda we would have been there in a heartbeat. Open your eyes and think for yourself.

Oh come on, you know Georgie ONLY wanted save the children. Maybe if he could find Africa on a map he would've sent the troops there too, but you can't fault him for that one. Cut him some slack...
